As a professional Careers & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for curating a comprehensive careers plan for students that align with the school's personal development goals; and the development and implementation of the school's marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive careers plan for students that aligns with the school's personal development goals.
• Develop and implement the school's marketing strategy.
• Help increase growth in student numbers and generate funds to invest in the school.
• Multitask, plan and deliver several projects simultaneously, and create opportunities to enhance students\' personal development.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience of careers management or marketing management, or both, or similar roles, in an educational environment.
• Ability to demonstrate a broad range of managerial skills.
• Experience in developing community partnerships and creating meaningful stakeholder relationships is advantageous.
• Marketing skills including communications, PR, advertising, event marketing and digital marketing would be a distinct advantage.
