Job description

As a professional Careers & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for curating a comprehensive careers plan for students that align with the school’s personal development goals; and the development and implementation of the school’s marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of either careers management or marketing management, or both, or similar roles, in an educational environment and should be able to demonstrate a broad range of managerial skills.

It would be advantageous if the postholder had experience in developing community partnerships and creating meaningful stakeholder relationships. A critical success factor in this role is helping increase the growth in student numbers and generating funds to invest in the school. Marketing skills including communications, PR, advertising, event marketing and digital marketing would be a distinct advantage.

The ability to be able to multitask, plan and deliver several projects simultaneously is essential. The ideal candidate would be interested in creating opportunities to enhance the students’ personal development.
