Sir Thomas Wharton Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Careers Specialist to join our vibrant team as Careers Manager. Working closely with the Senior Leader for Careers and Personal Development, you will lead the delivery of an outstanding careers curriculum, encompassing high-quality work experience, impartial careers advice and guidance, and clear progression pathways. Your goal will be to ensure every student is equipped to make informed decisions about their post-16 and post-18 futures and empowered to lead successful, fulfilling lives.

Our current offerings include structured work experience placements in Years 10 and 12, as well as weekly Key Stage 3 timetabled electives every Wednesday afternoon.
