Job summary

DN Colleges Group is seeking a Careers Advisor to deliver impartial guidance across campuses for full-time, part-time and apprentice learners, helping them plan progression into education, training or work.

The role requires travel between sites with a full driving licence and Enhanced DBS. Level 4 Careers Guidance qualification (or working towards Level 6) is essential. You will conduct one-to-one interviews and group sessions while contributing to the college's Careers Strategy.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification or Diploma in Careers Guidance, or currently working towards Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification.
• Experience in a careers guidance, careers education, or information and advice role.
• Confident and effective communication with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one careers guidance interviews and group presentations.
• Advise learners on courses, progression routes and career opportunities.
• Contribute to delivery of the college's Careers Strategy and Gatsby Benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate records on student records management systems.
• Support learners across campuses and travel between sites as required.
