A leading education provider is seeking an Employer Engagement & Learner Support Officer to enhance placements for learners. The role involves building relationships with employers and delivering educational programmes. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and relevant qualifications, and will work in a supportive environment focused on professional development.
We are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in building strong relationships with local employers to secure meaningful placements for learners. The ideal candidate will be able to offer guidance and support to employers, ensuring a positive placement experience for both businesses and learners. Additionally, this role will involve contributing to the development and delivery of learner programmes, including recruitment, induction, and work experience support.
Monday-Friday, term time only, 8:30 am-4:30 pm. This is a temporary role with potential for permanency.
