A UK higher education institution is looking for a professional to enhance Graduate Outcomes and deliver careers guidance. You will collaborate with academic departments and employers while offering inclusive support to students through workshops and one-on-one sessions. A strong understanding of the graduate labour market and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
This is a pivotal role within our Careers & Employability Service, focused on enhancing Graduate Outcomes and supporting the delivery of our university-wide Employability Strategy. You'll work closely with academic departments, employers, and students to ensure every graduate is equipped for success.
