A prestigious educational organization in Hartford seeks a Catering Supervisor to lead a customer-focused team, ensuring high standards and quality catering services. The role requires prior catering experience and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Internal catering is a fast-paced, lively environment with a broad set of responsibilities and activities. We are the primary point of contact for many of our colleagues and visitors and, therefore we strive to provide great customer service. We have shift patterns to accommodate everyone, with the earliest start time of 7am and the latest finish time of 5pm. We are a fun, imaginative team that looks after two main sites, each with a main restaurant and cafes. As a hands-on Catering Supervisor, you will be in charge of leading a dynamic and customer-focused team, ensuring that outstanding cuisine and first-rate service are delivered to all of our colleagues and visitors. The most important aspect of your role is ensuring that all food services, including delivered catering, adhere to the highest standards in order to preserve our client satisfaction.
