Job Title: Careers and Employment Advisor

Salary: £28,907 - £30,889 per annum

Hours: 35 Hours per Week

Location: Redditch

Team: Skills and Employability

Contract: Fixed Term until 31st March 2026, with potential extension

Careers Worcestershire is seeking a passionate Careers and Employment Advisor to support young people aged 16-24 at our Redditch Careers Hub. The role involves helping young people achieve their career aspirations through group and individual mentoring, within a supportive environment that promotes access to employment, education, or training.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in mentoring, youth work, and resource development for young people. The ideal candidate will be able to engage effectively with vulnerable or in-crisis youth and be passionate about working directly with this age group.
