We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Careers Advisor to join our vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about guiding individuals toward fulfilling education, training, and employment pathways. Beginning September 2025.

Duties as a Careers Advisor:

  • Provide personalised careers advice, guidance, and mentoring to students and clients exploring future opportunities
  • Support individuals with CV development, applications for further study, apprenticeships or employment, and interview preparation
  • Build strong partnerships with educational institutions, employers, and training providers to expand opportunity networks
  • Deliver group workshops and one-to-one sessions focused on career planning and progression
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, goals, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with staff and external agencies to deliver holistic careers support

Ideal Careers Advisor:

  • Previous experience in careers guidance, employability support, education advisory, recruitment, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as a Careers Advisor
  • Strong organisational abilities and confidence in managing multiple client needs
  • A supportive, motivational approach and a genuine desire to empower individuals
  • Knowledge of career development frameworks, education pathways, and the local labour market is desirable
