A social enterprise in Exeter seeks a motivated advisor committed to delivering careers information and guidance to Post 16 students. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, a Level 4 qualification in Careers Information Advice and Guidance, and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals. This is a term-time only role, offering a chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Please note the position is a TERM TIME ONLY BASIS – working 41 weeks.
You will be educated to a Level 6 Careers Information Advice and Guidance or Level 4 is considered for candidates with significant experience of National Careers Service delivery.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to achieve targets by working with individuals to progress towards employment, learning or career progression.
You will be a motivational advisor able to build positive relationships, guide, inspire and encourage individuals to create and sustain employment and learning opportunities.

This role will play a key role in delivering Careers, Education, information, advice, and guidance (CEIAG) to Post 16 students, many of whom have Education Health Care plans in place.
