Aldi arrived in the UK back in 1990 and is now one of the fastest-growing supermarkets, with over 1,020 stores and more than 45,000 colleagues. In addition to its growth, Aldi is also an award-winning employer, having been named Employer of the Year at the Grocer Gold Awards for the second consecutive year - with the supermarket acknowledging that without the amazing work of its colleagues, achievements like this just wouldn’t be possible. Aldi is committed to being a respectful, supportive and representative place to work, and in 2021 launched its diversity and inclusion strategy called Embrace, to create positive changes from the inside out.

Aldi has also been voted ninth Best Graduate Employer in the UK by the Times Top 100, offering a Graduate Programme filled with exceptional training and mentorship. There are many reasons to join Aldi’s Graduate Area Manager Programme: the responsibility, the exposure and the support being just a few. But top of your list should be the opportunity to get involved, give more - and get even more back.
