Job description

Looking for an outgoing, delightful career receptionist to work for a well-regarded family office based near Victoria. You need to be confident working on your own and must have the skills to navigate a busy reception but the autonomy to work by yourself during quieter times.

The client needs a receptionist with a high level of professional maturity and an ability to hit the ground running from day one.

This receptionist role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting
  • Organising a busy diary
  • Setting up VCs
  • Offering teas and coffees
  • Tidying up and re-setting rooms
  • Answering the phone and taking messages

You must have an excellent telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile.
