We are currently hiring for a Murex Accounting Business Analyst, please see more details below:

Duties and Responsibilities

Murex Accounting Business Analyst with strong accounting functional knowledge and Capital Markets products. Working closely with Finance and Product Control departments to optimise current business processes in Mx3 and designing new solutions. Some key responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements from Business on accounting methodology, charts of accounts.
• Building MX Accounting and Liquidation configuration consisting of accounting configuration template, accounting rules for trades, accounting rules for positions, accounts: dynamic, simple, formula, filters, liquidation setup.
• Good exposure and understanding of some Murex FO functionalities, Static data, Reporting (counterparts, securities, historical data, indices, Fx conversion factors, fx spots, valuations, pre-trade rules, datamart tables for GL Postings file).
• Regular coordination with production support management on any prod issues.
• Act as lead BA for Murex DM or MXML developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
