ABOUT THE ROLE
The Career Medical Officer (CMO) plays a critical role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients across various departments at The Bays Hospital during the hours of 8pm to 7am, 7 days a week. The Bays is a 100 bed hospital with 5 operating theatres, HDU, Maternity, Day Infusion and medical / surgical wards. This position involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams, and contributing to the overall management and quality improvement of patient care services.
