Due to ongoing expansion, Alten Ltd is looking for a Career Management Consultant to join our team in London within the Career & Training Department. This is a fantastic chance to join a fast-growing company with strong core values of ; Excellence, Accountability, Integrity and Service.

Your new role:

As a Career Management Consultant, you will be contributing to the development and growth of the Career Department, providing support to the managers in the career development of their consultants.

Main responsibilities

  • Act as a real advisor to the managers to help them display the relevant actions for managing their consultants’ careers.
  • Monitor and report the follow-up meetings between managers and consultants, from integration to annual appraisal.
  • Perform monthly analysis of employees satisfaction surveys and collect feedback - Perform interviews with consultant before they leave the company for continuous improvement of practices Monitor and improve the talents retention via multiple actions.
  • Handle inwards/outwards mobility requests.
  • Prepare and present monthly dashboards for the top management with careers indicators
  • Organise assessment campaigns.
  • Organise awareness sessions on Career Management processes for managers (induction, annual appraisal, career paths etc).
  • Taking part in various other projects to help the development of the department.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be people-oriented, curious and proactive, with a very analytical mindset and an articulate communication. The successful candidate will have the chance to work on various exciting projects throughout their experience with Alten, developing their knowledge as a Career Management Advisor, collaborating with various departments.

Experience required:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Management.
  • You are rigorous, well-organized and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • You have a first successful experience within an HR department, monitoring and helping employees development within the organization
  • You have an interest in career development topics and can demonstrate proactiveness in process and tools improvement
  • You are proficient in EXCEL and can demonstrate outstanding analytical skills.
