Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) and have administrative or system support experience, plus Level 2 English/Maths and IT literacy at level 3.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in administrative or system support roles is required.
• Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and IT literacy at Level 3 are essential.
• Experience with digital platforms or onboarding processes is advantageous.
