Job summary

Blue Education in London is seeking a Career Coaching Lead to build and scale its career coaching offering for students targeting top universities and competitive internships in the UK and abroad.

You will work with the founder to turn early success into a scalable service, manage a network of part-time coaches, and lead campus-facing brand activities, with a strong emphasis on execution and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in investment banking, consulting, finance, or similar high-performance environments.
• Strong understanding of competitive graduate recruitment.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple students, coaches, deadlines and outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort building, testing and owning results.
