Ambitious about Autism is seeking a dedicated Follow-on Job Coach to help autistic graduates move from our Supported Internship into paid employment. You will work with teams at Amazon Crawley and Chartwells at the University of Sussex in Falmer to provide tailored support and help individuals build confidence for long-term careers.
