St John's College, part of Ambitious about Autism, is seeking a dedicated Follow-on Job Coach to support graduates from our Supported Internship programmes at Amazon Crawley and Chartwells at the University of Sussex in Falmer near Brighton.

You will provide tailored, one-to-one coaching to help graduates move into paid employment, prepare for interviews, and develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the workplace.
