Job Role: Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant

The Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will be expected to help and assist the team with day-to-day routines including personal care and feeding.

Ideally, candidates should have some experience in care and be compassionate.

Responsibilities include helping with daily care at patients' homes or in hospitals, such as assisting with washing, dressing, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, talking to patients, assisting with mobility, and maintaining cleanliness and supplies.

Previous experience or qualifications are not essential but preferred. You will work under supervision of nursing staff and may be involved in training new healthcare assistants.

Additional duties may involve using mobility aids, escorting patients, and participating in induction training with experience.
