Job Role: Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant

The Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help and assist the team with daily routines, including personal care and feeding. Ideally, candidates will have some experience in care and be compassionate. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, making beds, turning patients to prevent pressure sores, engaging with patients to reduce anxiety, helping with mobility, and maintaining cleanliness and supplies.

Work may involve using mobility aids, escorting patients within hospitals, and participating in induction training for new healthcare assistants. Previous experience and qualifications are preferable but not essential.

We also recruit for roles such as General Nurse, RGN (all levels, mainly Band 5 and 6), Community Nurses, Specialist Nurses, A&E Nurses, Endoscopy Nurses, and Theatre Nurses.
