You will be recruited to a dedicated care team operating in:

Mosborough (S20)
For this role we are recruiting:

1. 2 x Drivers

Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.

Pay: £12.50 p/hr (drivers)

Mileage: 45p per mile for drivers

Full-time hours available.

Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher.

As a Care Worker for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which includes early starts, late evenings, and weekend working:

Early shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Late shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
As a Care Worker for Be Caring, we will agree on your working pattern, setting a 2-week rota which includes:

1. Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday
2. Evenings as agreed within your working hours

Job Description:
If you have previous experience as a Carer for family or friends, you’ll make an excellent Care Worker in Mosborough. As a Care Worker for Be Caring, you will:

1. Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
2. Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
3. Promote independence using enabling approaches.
4. Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
5. Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
6. Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services.

Induction Training:
We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. You may have no direct experience, or you may have been a Carer for a friend or family member. Regardless, we will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Worker.

As a Care Worker for Be Caring, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training on:

1. Be Caring values, going Above & Beyond to meet personal outcomes.
2. Dignity and respect, safeguarding and equality and diversity.
3. Confidentiality and professional boundaries.
4. Fluids and nutrition and safe administration of medication.
5. Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores (React to Red).
6. Infection prevention and control, health and safety.
7. Learning Disabilities (Oliver McGowan Tier 1), mental health and capacity.
