Job summary

Hartwig Care Limited is recruiting for a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas. You will provide direct care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and companionship, while upholding our person-centred approach.

You will work full-time or part-time hours, with full training provided. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to reach clients across Hertfordshire and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
• Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
• Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan.
• Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
