Hartwig Care Limited is seeking compassionate female Care Workers for roles across Chertsey, Walton-on-Thames, Hersham and nearby areas. Offers include full-time and part-time hours with 6am–2pm or 3pm–10pm shifts and two weekends per month. A valid UK driving licence is essential, and sponsorship is not available.

The role involves direct care, daily living assistance, and a person-centred approach. Applicants must be able to attend a pre-employment assessment and meet home-care requirements

• Must have Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is NOT available).
• Availability to attend Hartwig four-day, trainer-led pre-employment assessment.

We are currently seeking for compassionate and proactive Female Care Workers for full-time or part-time positions in Chertsey (KT16), Walton-on-Thames (KT12), Hersham, New Haw, Byfleet, Addlestone (KT15), Molesey (KT8) and surrounding areas.

What we offer:

• Salary: £13.11 per hour
• Job Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities
• Rota shift: 6am - 2pm and 3pm - 10pm plus 2 weekends per month
• You MUST have a Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• You MUST have the right to work in the UK- Sponsorship is NOT available
• Availability to attend the Hartwig four- day, trainer led pre-employment assessment

Your Role

As a Care Worker, you will:

• Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
• Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
• Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client’s care plan.
• Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
• Uphold Hartwig Care’s core values: people-focused, excellence-driven, respectful, and proactive.
