  • Medication Management: Administering or reminding clients to take their prescribed medication at the correct times, and keeping accurate records.
  • Companionship and Emotional Support: Providing a friendly and supportive presence, engaging clients in conversation, and promoting their mental and emotional well‑being.
  • Meal Preparation and Nutritional Support: Preparing meals that meet a client’s dietary needs and preferences, and assisting with feeding if necessary.
  • Mobility Assistance: Helping clients move safely around their home, including transfers between a bed and chair, and assisting with mobility aids.
