Job description

Home Support Matters is looking for caring and dependable colleagues with a passion for making a difference to join our care team supporting our customers in their own homes in and around Filby, Ormesby, Caister, Rollesby, and Great Yarmouth.

As a care worker, your job will include:

  • Enablement: Supporting Customers to learn or relearn skills.
  • Administering Medication: Including more complex interventions depending on your training level.
  • Encouraging and Supporting Customers: In various activities to remain independent and living in their home.
  • Maintaining Records: Including customer care logs and medication administration records.
  • Meal Preparation: Supporting customers with their nutritional needs.
  • Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
