Job summary

ICare Group in Derby region is seeking Home Care Workers to support local clients across DE21/DE22 with compassionate, person-centred care. Driver positions may apply, with or without a licence, and full training is provided to succeed in the role.

You'll be part of a friendly team delivering dignity, independence and safety in clients' own homes, with flexible hours and weekly pay to fit around your life.

£12.71 - £12.96 per hour

£125 Welcome Bonus (T&Cs apply)

Paid mileage between care calls for drivers

Flexible hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)

Important Information Before You Apply

Walking Positions

• No driving licence required
• Able to travel between service users within your local area
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently in the community

Driving Positions

• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have access to your own vehicle
• Be able to travel throughout the Derby area
• Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place
