Hourly carer vacancy based in the North Yorkshire - Richmond, Leyburn, Catterick and surrounding area. Part time and full time hours available.

Skilled Worker VISA candidates can apply but must be car owner and have UK driving licence

The Job

• employed home carer / support worker visiting clients in their own home
• shift patterns vary - guaranteed hours and pay plus overtime
• building positive relationships with vulnerable adults,
• enhancing their independence and improving their quality of life
  
  

We Can Offer You

• £14.50 per hour plus overtime
• Guaranteed hours
• Mileage paid at 0.25p per mile (you claim % of £0.20 per mile via tax return)
• Full 24/7 support from our office care coordinator team based in Leyburn
  
  

We Are Looking For Someone

• Good work ethic
• With the ability to build positive professional relationships with clients and colleagues in a team.
• Who holds a full driving licence and owns or has access to a car for work
• Who can offer consistent, reliable and friendly support with good attention to detail.
• Who has good judgement and a sense of responsibility, needing limited supervision.
• Who has good communication skills, good spoken and written English and likes other people.
• Owns a smartphone and is able to use it to access our care recording app.
• With experience of working with vulnerable older people. Preferred - but if you dont have experience but you think you would be an amazing carer then we still want to hear from you!
• With a transferable Enhanced DBS (Preferred - but we can help you get one done)
