With minimum visits of one hour, award-winning training, and an excellent reputation, we are immensely proud of the quality of care we provide. We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to help build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support.

We also support clients with Personal Care.

Job Description

We are recruiting Care Professionals to support clients in their own homes and enable them to continue living there for as long as possible. If you have a passion for helping people and are available for 16 to 30 hours each week, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Guaranteed hours contracts are available for 16, 26, or 30+ hours per week, depending on your availability and willingness to travel around the Reigate and Tandridge area. No experience is required as award-winning training is provided.

For this role, you will need to be available to support clients for a set number of hours per week, especially during mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

In return, we offer:

  • £24.30 - £26.50 per 2-hour visit (breaks down to £12.15 and £13.25 per hour)
  • Each visit is a minimum of 2 hours; we do not 'run in, run out'.
  • 30p - 45p per mile paid after your first 7-mile commute to and from work.
  • Additional benefits include:
  • The opportunity to be part of an award-winning organisation rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), focused on providing the highest quality of care and being the employer of choice in the local area.
  • City and Guilds Accredited Dementia, Parkinson's, and End of Life Training.
  • Support to further your professional development through the Care Certificate and Health and Social Care QCF framework.
  • Employee Assistance Program providing 24/7 advice, resources, and support for your well-being.
  • Employee Reward Scheme.
  • Employee Shopping Discount Scheme.
  • Comprehensive infection control training and PPE provided.

Qualifications

We ask that you are caring, considerate, kind, trustworthy, enthusiastic, patient, compassionate, and thoughtful. If you enjoy helping others, you are the person we need.
