Responsibilities

As a care worker, your responsibilities may include some support with personal care needs and preparing meals, as well as helping clients participate in a wide range of special interests and activities to support their health and wellbeing such as gardening, shopping trips, and social occasions. No two days will be the same! Our service users are individuals, and all deserve to be treated with respect. Working in care offers flexibility, as your hours are usually based on shift patterns, allowing for a work/life balance that suits you.
