Job summary

CrossReach Trading Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking compassionate care assistants to support residents with personal care, meals and daily living activities. You will promote dignity, independence and wellbeing, build positive relationships with residents and their families, and work as a team to deliver person-centred care.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. PVG scheme membership and SSSC registration are required, and you should be willing to work towards SVQ Level 3.

About you

You will be kind, dependable and committed to helping others. You'll enjoy working with people and understand the importance of treating everyone with dignity, respect and compassion. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people with the right values, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
