A leading domiciliary care provider in London is recruiting for care support workers. This role involves assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting Service Users with daily tasks. Ideal candidates must reside in the UK and have the right to work; prior experience is a plus but not essential as training will be provided.

• Previous care experience is welcomed, training will be provided.

• Monitor vital signs and medications under healthcare professionals' direction.
• Administer personal care like ambulation and hygiene assistance.
• Support in the planning and preparation of meals.
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity of Service Users.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.

Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
