Can you support individuals to take part in social activities and outings, their employment, hobbies and interests in the community, whilst remaining positive and committed in your approach to help and support vulnerable people?

We are the Supported Housing Team, a registered service in the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, working across the Community to support and enable people who have a learning disability/autism, to live independent lives.

We are looking for a Care Worker for our team based at Beechwood ISL in Welton, someone who can demonstrate; compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for people with a learning disability/autism. You will either have previous experience supporting or have worked in other similar roles, paid or voluntarily.
