NursLink HomeCare is an independent care agency providing care to our service users in their own home environment. We provide care services to both the private and public sectors. Our service users receive care and support in line with their unique needs and values to support them to live as independently as possible.

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Workers. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing an individual with an Acquired Brain Injury with support to access the community, complete daily admin tasks, support to their hospital appointments, and enjoy days out such as bowling, eating out, and cinema.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in accordance with individual care plans
  • Assist with behaviour management techniques
  • Provide person-centered support with empathy, compassion, dignity, and respect, always promoting independence and choice
Experience:
  • Prior experience in patient care preferred
  • Proficiency in behaviour management techniques
