Job summary

Care UK is seeking a passionate Care Unit Manager in Goole to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality residential care. You will oversee admissions, develop personalised care plans, and ensure residents’ medical, physical and emotional needs are met with safety and dignity.

You will administer medication, supervise staff, and work with the leadership team to enhance services while maintaining a supportive, inclusive and professional environment for residents and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required.
• Ability to build trust with staff and residents.
• Strong organisational and IT skills.
