Job summary

NHS Ayrshire & Arran in Scotland is seeking a proactive healthcare coordinator to join the Patient Flow Team at Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary and Regional Community Hospitals. You will help coordinate patient journeys and support timely, safe discharges across Dumfries and Galloway.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will overcome discharge barriers, arrange complex care, and ensure patients receive the right care in the right place at the right time.
