Codi Group, Wales’ leading not-for-profit provider, is seeking a Team Leader for Dan y Bryn in Ynysmeudwy, near Pontardawe. This 18-hour permanent role focuses on supporting residents and staff with compassion and strong leadership.

You will motivate the care team, ensure safeguarding and high-quality care plans, supervise Care Workers, and maintain accurate records, contributing to a warm, inclusive community that values dignity and respect.

Formación

• At least 2 years’ experience in a care worker role.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) with progression to Level 3.
• Experience in implementing care plans, risk assessments, and audits.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and lead the care team to provide exceptional support.
• Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed for safety and wellbeing.
• Supervise and mentor Care Workers to support development.
• Maintain records and document concerns accurately.
