A leading charity in the UK seeks a Team Leader for its Tova residential care home. The role involves overseeing high-quality support for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities and leading a dynamic team. Team Leader Role – Residential Care Home
£28,155.60 per annum (£15 per hour)
36 hours per week, to include weekends
We are looking for a Team Leader in our Tova residential home, to join our friendly team within Ravenswood Village. Tova is a residential service supporting people with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live their best lives.
The purpose of this role is to oversee the delivery of care and support within the home to ensure high-quality service. Your main responsibilities will include leading and supervising support workers to ensure person-centred care, providing accessible information for residents to make informed decisions, recruiting and training staff, and assisting the Home Manager with finances, rosters, reporting, maintenance, and health and safety.

About Norwood:
Founded in 1795, Norwood is the oldest Jewish charity in the UK supporting neurodiverse children, their families, and adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities. We have received Royal Patronage since 1815.
Norwood collaborates with local authorities to provide residential and supported living accommodations, short breaks, and family support groups.
About Tova:
Tova is a ground-floor home supporting seven individuals aged from early twenties to late sixties, all with severe learning disabilities, epilepsy, and physical support needs. Many do not communicate verbally but use alternative methods such as objects of reference, facial expressions, and Makaton.
The residents require high levels of support in personal care, mobility, meals, and activities, which include swimming, arts and crafts, baking, sensory sessions, music, bingo, theatre visits, bowling, gardening, and holidays.
