Care Team Leader - The Lawns, Great Yarmouth

Position: Care Team Leader - Days, Great Yarmouth

Hours: 18+ average hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours

A day in the life:

You will build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With your natural ability to lead and motivate, you will work closely with home managers, supporting daily staff supervision and overseeing care provision.

Providing compassionate, high-quality, person-centered care is at the heart of our work. You will set an example through your care delivery and champion residents' independence by providing creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices aligned with their care plans.
