Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and monitor Care Workers.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and service delivery while on duty.
• Respond to emergencies and provide guidance to care staff.
• Support service users with personal care (dressing, washing, toileting, mobility).
• Promote comfort, dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Plan and facilitate meaningful activities to engage service users.
• Assist with daily living tasks (bills, correspondence, accessing benefits).
• Monitor health indicators and wellbeing (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight).
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Work with healthcare professionals to implement and review care plans.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and care quality standards.
• Contribute to out-of-hours on-call duty on a rotational basis.
