Care Team Leader - Nights
Hours of work: 36 hours per week - 12 hour shifts

As a Care Team Leader with Runwood Homes, professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be at the core of everything you do. Your role will involve planning and implementing care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence.
You will get to know residents and their families, helping to ensure personalized care is delivered.
Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will influence the team positively and be responsible for maintaining high standards of care. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and effective communication with colleagues.
You will also assist the Home Manager and Deputy Manager, providing physical and mental care, administering medication, and conducting medication audits.
Ideally, you will have an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience in person-centred care planning, and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Leadership experience in delivering care is also desirable. A positive energy, natural ability to connect with others, good record-keeping skills, and effective time management are essential. You should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues alike.
