Join us as a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader at Anchor to make a real and positive difference in the lives of older people.

You'll be responsible for caring for individuals with a wide range of needs, including dispensing medication. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your management skills to ensure high-quality care is delivered.

While a Level 3 qualification in health and social care is not mandatory, interest in working towards it is necessary.

Maple Tree Court in Stoke-on-Trent is a well-equipped care home with rooms for up to 64 residents, featuring modern facilities, a spacious garden, and a dementia-friendly environment. We provide 24-hour care, specialized services, engaging activities, and excellent community relations.
