Overview

Location: Across Sheffcare 9 residential care homes in Sheffield

Salary: £14.23 per hour

Contract: 44 hours per week

Shift Pattern: As below

Requirement: Valid UK driving licence

The Role: Care Team Leader (Multi-Site)

As a Multi-Site Team Leader, you’ll be a key member of the management team, providing support where it’s needed most and ensuring high standards of care across our homes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Co-ordinating, formulating, and reviewing resident care plans
  • Acting as Duty Manager and leading teams across multiple sites
  • Supervising, supporting, and developing colleagues
  • Building strong relationships with families and professionals
  • Responding to immediate needs of homes (e.g. new admissions, heightened situations)
  • Ensuring security, safety, and wellbeing of residents
  • Recording and reporting effectively using mobile technology
  • Leading by example and upholding Sheffcare’s values in all that you do
About You
  • Experienced in a similar Care Team Leader role, ideally at least 12 months
  • Collaborative and able to motivate others
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing needs
  • Solution-focused and proactive in challenging situations
  • Organised with strong time management and observational skills
  • Empathetic, approachable, and able to build trust
  • Confident using basic technology
  • Flexible to work across multiple teams and locations
Shift Pattern
  • Day shifts: 7:00am–7:00pm or 8:00am–8:00pm
  • Night shifts: 8:00pm–8:00am
  • 4 shifts per week
  • Includes some weekends (usually alternate)
  • Bank holiday cover required
