About the role:

As a Care Team Leader at Runwood Homes, you'll be committed to professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Your role involves planning and delivering high-quality care that ensures our residents feel safe, respected, and independent.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensuring adherence to the highest care standards. Maintaining accurate records and effective communication with colleagues are essential parts of your responsibilities.

Our Care Team Leaders also support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager by providing physical, social, and emotional care to residents. You will handle medication management and ensure compliance with medication audits.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate positive energy, strong relationship-building skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care is preferred but not mandatory.
