Lifeways in Leamington Spa is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide our team in delivering person-centred care. You will work with the Service Manager to shape daily delivery, support staff development, and help people we support live fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with relevant NVQ/QCF.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including digital literacy.
• Proven ability to lead teams and support others to grow.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development and supervision.
• Conduct interviews and provide coaching and guidance.
• Communicate effectively with staff, people supported, and external professionals.
• Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills.
• Support day-to-day service delivery with the Service Manager.
