The role involves medication administration, risk assessments, and working alongside care assistants to promote activity and independence.

You will contribute to service development with the leadership team and uphold a caring, professional, and inclusive approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and supervision of a shift.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to allocate and delegate work.
• IT literate with aptitude for using care-management systems.
• Understanding of care planning processes and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise your shift.
• Case manage residents and liaise with families and healthcare professionals to create and deliver care plans.
• Administer and record medication.
• Carry out risk assessments.
