Job summary

Care UK in Wilmslow is looking for a compassionate Care Team Leader to supervise shifts and coordinate care for residents. You will liaise with families and healthcare professionals to create and deliver personalised care plans and ensure accurate medication administration.

You will work alongside care assistants to keep residents active and independent, while contributing to service development, under the leadership team. NVQ3 desirable; strong organisational skills required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and IT literacy are essential.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams.
• Solid understanding of care planning processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise your shift.
• Case manage residents and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
• Administer and record medication according to care plans.
• Carry out risk assessments to ensure resident safety.
• Work with care assistants to promote activity and independence.
