Job summary

Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader to plan and deliver high-quality care, ensuring residents feel safe, respected and independent. You will lead a team of Care Assistants and support the Home Manager in providing physical, social and emotional care, while managing medication and contributing to medication audits.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a dynamic Care Team Leader who excels in person-centred care planning, possesses expertise in dementia care, and has experience of leading teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Holding an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health & Care is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with residents, families and colleagues are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and maintain safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Assist with medication planning and audits, ensuring compliance with care standards.
• Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager in daily operations and resident wellbeing.
