You will support recruitment and staff development, ensure high-quality records are kept digitally, and collaborate with the Service Manager to drive service quality. This is a full-time role based in SO16/SO31 with opportunities for progression within Lifeways.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker
• Commitment to training and professional development
