A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with home managers, supporting the supervision of staff and overseeing care delivery.
Providing compassionate care is central to our work. You will set an example through high-quality, person-centred care, championing residents' independence and using your expertise to empower them to make informed choices aligned with their care plans.

Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, is preferred.
